At Dr. Anand Kharat's Holistic Wellness Center ("we," "us," "our"), we strive to provide the highest quality services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ## 1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for one-to-one sessions with Dr. Anand Kharat are non-refundable. Once a one-to-one session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all forms of payment, including but not limited to credit card payments, bank transfers, and cash transactions.

## 2. Cancellation Policy

### 2.1 One-to-One Sessions

- **Cancellations**: If you need to cancel a scheduled one-to-one session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

- **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your one-to-one session without any penalty if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

### 2.2 Workshops, Seminars, and Group Sessions

- **Cancellations**: For workshops, seminars, and group sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

- **Rescheduling**: If you wish to reschedule your participation in a workshop, seminar, or group session, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance without any penalty. Please contact us to arrange a new date.
